Our Fields of Work

Real Estate Law

Since embarking on their professional careers, all lawyers in our firm have worked mainly in all areas of real estate law. The focus is on land law in the classic sense.

Anybody involved in real estate, be it as an investor, builder, contractor, project developer or funder, can count on comprehensive advice.

When it comes to buying or selling real estate projects - we will provide you with personal and customized support in every phase of that project. We can draw up and draft your agreements, accompany you and guide through performance of a transaction. And of course we provide you with the notary services you need in-house.

Our services range from answering individual questions through to devising complex solutions and structures in real estate law matters.

We advise and support the division of property under the German Condominium Act “Wohnungseigentumsgesetz – WEG”), draft property developer agreements (“Bauträgerverträge”), clarify land register issues and advise on successions in individual and global rights. Thanks to our longterm experience in the fields of construction law and architect law we can assist you in a property development.

Commercial and Corporate Law

A major part of our services also with regard to real estate transactions involves commercial and corporate law. Our consulting services range from founding and restructuring companies through to buying and selling companies and also generation changes in family-run companies.

Berlin has a vital start-up and corporate finance scene. Together with specialized law firms we will provide you comprehensively with our services in all financing stages.

You can count on sound answers to specific company-law questions and also complex corpo-rate-law measures. Our clients regard our services very highly. They ensure that you can always react promptly to changing competitive conditions.

We also advise on the preparation and staging of annual shareholders’ meetings, on changes in top management and on capital measures, mergers and other transformations within the meaning of the German transformation act. Financing rounds of all kinds regularly take place in our office rooms.

Inheritance Law

In regard to shares in companies and property generation changes have to be considered at any time. This involves the arrangement of last wills and testamentary agreements, the adaption of last wills and articles of associations and the precautionary provision with letters of attorney.

Especially in the matter of inheritance law modern ways of living have to be considered. More and more Germans have assets in foreign countries and the other way around. More and more marriages and partnerships are international. Often it is not clear the law of which country rules. We help you to find out if and when it is advisable to seek consulting in foreign law and work closely with law firms that are specialized in international inheritance law.
